30 Sec's on....

You know, I am a huge believer in what you put into your body makes a big difference to not just your skin, but also your physical, emotional and mental well being.

In fact, I love face masks, teas and balms that start healing from the inside out.

So let us go to some of my most favourite:

1) Egg white, soft brown sugar and coarse sea salt (my personal favorite is Murray River salt, but you know, you do you).

This is a fantastic face mask.  I'm Miss Lazy, so I just separate the egg white from the yolk, throw the yolk away, add the sugar and salt and Voila! it's all done.  Sit in a bath with your favourite scented candle burning, Lavender Oil and Epsom Salts and you have a beautiful experience for not just your body, but your soul.

2) Mud.

I love mud.  It is sooooooo good with all the vitamins and minerals that swim in it's depths.  And I love the gooey-ness and stickness of it.  I have a particular fondness for Rotorua Mud, not for any reason, just because.  If you are feeling particularly luxurious though, use the Mud salts as well in your bath.

3) Coconut Oil.

This is a bit of a tricky one because I never eat Coconut Oil.  But it is amazing for skin after a bath or shower or a decent bit of sun.  I'm also a big fan of Olive Oil.

4) Kanuka wash.

Boil up some Kanuka then wash your face with it.  Brilliant for acne.

5) Nettle tea.

Nettle tea, dried and loose, to be made in a tea pot.  Love, love, love it.  I make a pot in the morning and it lasts all day.  It is so good, and super delicious.  It tastes milky and a little grassy, and has a depth that nourishes the body and soothes my soul.

6) Kawa Kawa Balm.

I not only love making it, but also using it.  It's brilliant for bites, burns, rashes, eczema...actually, pretty much anything and everything.  Especially if I add Comfrey in for when I have cracked a rib, or torn the muscle under my breast again.

7) Vitamin C

I freaking love Vitamin C.  I mean, seriously, do you ever hear of  me getting sick?  No.  Never.  And it's because of Vitamin C.  That's the horse kind by the way.  The same stuff I use with, and for, my horses.

So that's me and just a couple of tips for how I live and love.

Have a totally fantastic week, love your body, love your soul, love yourself.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.

T and Spirit
