If there is anything I know, beyond a reasonable doubt, it is that Power feeding works.

If your horse has any not right issue, put them on a minimum of 3 mini meals a day (up to 5) with one vitamin or mineral per feed.

It works.

Even, if for some reason, you manage to fuck it up, it will be in such a small way, you're still on the winning team.

NO SOY - it mimics estrogen which means: It makes your horse MORE sensitive.

Even the thickest of the thick person understands that's a bad thing.

Try not to use blends unless you know the person who makes them and/or their company.  Mostly they are shite.  Lots of fillers and the quality is crap.

Use one herb or excellent High quality blend to add vitamins and minerals and add pure Ascorbic Vitamin C at night.  It just works best at night.

Don't be afraid to use new stuff, and always, always, when you can, use the Human form.

The amount of products we give our horses which are cosmetic grade is shocking.  

Cosmetic grade means: Not to be eaten, can only be used in cosmetics.  This, of course, is a whole 'nother story which I'm not interested in today.

But getting back to Az.

We're doing ok.  Temperature around hooves is good, working towards excellent.

We both like the massage.  Me with him and him with me.

However, both loving the Ginger balm.  It's really good.  Soft, but seriously does good shite.

Dino is a Maine coon, and 11 weeks as you are reading this.

His name was decided by Liam and Jessie (his partner) and they came by this because:

Dino pronounced DeeNo because he has big feet and polydactyl.  Which makes me think pterodactyl, so dinosaur.  So Dino.  Not dYno, butDeeNo for flair.  Written Dino.

Az noticeably better, but it worked out that what I thought was amazing made his Energy too wet.

Like the Chinese, ie: No ice cream when you have your period.

Anyhou, the other product which I did because I had used it on Cappy before, years ago, and it had worked amazingly, has again, worked amazingly.

Wait...we got a result with the Reflexology.

But nothing like what I expected, which to be fair, is not uncommon.

I got it so fine tuned, and my body in such good balance, that in the end, it was obvious that I actually had a physical issue.

...and I did.

My tonsils have grown back and need to come out.

So as I am writing this, we are organizing an operation as I can't go on a plane within 3 weeks after the operation, and as I explained nicely, My ass is going to be on a plane, heading to America, for Liams 30th.

We are, as I am writing this, organizing plane tickets, operations, Easter eggs, 30th Birthday present through customs, trying to catch up with friends before they think they're not friends anymore, horses and Spirit.

I do have to say though that I am super grateful for my doctor, who knew and looked after my Nana and Poppa.  My Poppa also knew my Doctors (who looked after him) his Dad, and my Doctor has been my Doctor and Liams Doctor all our lives.

And he looks outside the square. 

Always.

There is something very fucking cool about that.

This new Specialist is also very different, but in a good way.

I am truly grateful for these Practioners that I have in my life who love the work they do, are constantly in the forefront of what is happening and new in their field, and are just great guys.

However, not quite the cool and calm start to 2024 that I have envisioned hahahahaha
