Vanilla cupcakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups sugar
- 4 teaspoons vanilla (add more for a super-vanilla taste)
- 1 1/4 cups cream
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Preheat oven to 250 then turn down to 150ish (based on my oven which is fan bake, adjust accordingly to yours). Add all ingredients into a bowl " mix well. Put cute cupcake liners into muffin tins. Spoon mixture in about 3/4. Put in oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until the cupcakes are golden brown and toothpick comes out clean from the center. Cool. Frost. Frost
Icing sugar
1 x tablespoons of golden syrup
butter
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
2 x tablespoons of milk
Mix until you get the consistency you want.
