30 Sec's on....

I believe that trees have thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Well, I've watched my Native New Zealand Herbs-Trees have Best friends and Fren-emies and absolute, Ah Hell, no, you're not putting that skanky ass to grow next to me!

So I understand that there are likes and dis-likes in the Spiritual Healing Herbs-Trees world.

However, it is the first time that I am seeing Western trees acting the same.

And it goes like this:

I got given a Black Boy Peach Tree that I planted with great hopes, which promptly up and died on me.

I bought another two Black Boy Peach Trees because I absolutely love them, and well, I couldn't understand why the first one died.

But while I was buying mine, I also bought my neighbours, who honestly are the best neighbours in the damn Universe, two trees too.

I planted my trees.

They planted their trees.

As I am writing this, their trees which are 600 meters away from mine, have roughly 40 peaches each and more coming through every day.  In fact, soon they will be making Black Boy Peach jams, chutneys, crumbles and anything and everything inbetween.

Mine are just standing there.

They're not growing.

But they're not dying.

They are, as I'm writing this, sulking.

Keeping themselves alive, but refusing to put down long-term roots.

So I threw all rationale to the wind today, went outside and said, It's ok, I've got your back.

And I swear, hand on hoof, I heard the wind breathe, the branches sway and the leaves rustle, Thank you...

Kissy hugs
