How desperate do you need to be...
Wait...let me show you a close up,
These brave, courageous men, just spent 11 days, 24 hours a day, sitting right there, in all weathers, because they believed that they didn't have any other choice.
Wow.
I just looked at the picture and my tummy started rolling and feeling a bit sick.
But these 3 stowaways, got on this boat (right there in the circle above) from Nigeria, travelled 4600 km's, and got caught in Las Palmas port, Canary Islands, in Spain.
11 days later.
That's massive.
They had hypothermia and were dehydrated, but very much alive.
But you know the worst part?
Because they got caught, they got sent back.
But do you realize that this has happened 6 previous times, in the last 24 months.
18 people before these courageous guys, have done the exact same trip.
Actually, in 2020, a 14 year old lone child did this precise journey.
By himself.
But his took three days longer.
And there's most probably been more.
But you can't count the dead you didn't know about.
So, back to my original question, How bad does your life have to be that this is even an option?
