30 Sec's on....
So I want to talk about Seed Cycling today.
Mainly because people are driving me absolutely freaking nuts with their attitude towards weight and weight loss at the moment.
Now before I go any further, I have been everything from a size 8 to a size 18, so I'm a good person to talk with about weight.
And what I have found, is that we all end up having a Soul weight.
That's the weight we comfortably live in our skin.
We look and feel great, and there is no starving or limitation mentality.
Now, to get to this Soul weight you have to work with your own personal bio-rhythms.
Eat the foods that work for you - and that may be eggs, seafood, fish, salmon, red meat, white meat, tofu, salad, vegetables and/or fruit.
But it won't be all of the above, and then it won't be all of the sub-cultures of the main groups either.
That to me is interesting to start with.
But going further than that is Seed Cycling.
And this is where it gets really interesting.
Seed Cycling is consciously working with all the different properties, estrogen, progesterone etc, that the different seeds have.
Then putting that together with the different cycles of estrogen, progesterone etc that your personal body has and fluctuates with, on a monthly basis.
So instead of lumping all the seeds in together ie: a salad, snack bar, bowl or smoothie, you consciously eat one type of seed per day, or every couple of days or even for a week or two, until you have coaxed your body back into balance.
You are literally self-regulating your body and how it works, loves, lives, plays and sleeps.
Working with your own personal bio-rhythms, and dancing to your own heartbeat.
How freaking awesome is that?
