You know what I love about my work the most?
I'm never dealing with what someone originally speaks with me for.
I know right, how is that possible?
Well, it goes like this...
Someone rings me up about getting a mortgage with their partner, and will the bank approve?
Technically, that's a yes-no answer and pretty sweet.
Reality is, your partner has some big, Mother ass debts that they have forgotten to mention to you, and there's no way on God's green earth they are getting a mortgage not just in this lifetime, but for the next three lifetimes.
So the issue you think you have is whether the bank will approve you for the deposit you have.
The probelm you actually have is your partner is a lying ass sneak.
I love my work.
