30 Sec's on....

I don't know about you, but I absolutley, dislike with a passion, Facebook.

Now I'm against it for a few reasons, but one in particular, really gets me all antsy.

People talk about Mental Health Issues.

In theory, I support Mental Health.

In reality, I live the, Be Pro-Active for Positive Change Philosophy.

And this is where my issues begin.

Because what I have found, is that being a friend to someone who has Mental Health issues, is not a walk in the park.  In fact, it is a whole other kettle of fish.

They have Social Anxiety, Depression, sometimes make nasty choices and their communication skills can often be very, very bad.

So it can be challenging to be their friend.

But what makes me mad is when I hear people on Facebook say, I'm totally there for people with Mental Health issues.  Then add cute pictures and little emoji''s.

Which is nice, and gives warm fuzzies.

Unfortunately, I don't believe you.

Because I watch you not.

I see you be mean, make fun of, and/or whisper behind their back.  I also see you try not to talk with them when you're out with others, because when push comes to shove, they're just not like you.

And I see this time and time and time again, and it does my bloody head in.

Because, words are not actions.

And that's what I want you to remember, the next time you are posting about Mental Health on Facebook.

If you are not putting these beautiful phrases into real action, with physical people, in here and now time, then it's just smoke and mirrors, baby.

...With a good dose of bullshite.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.

T and Spirit
