You know what I love most about Sitting in Silence?

It is that it allows me to connect into a Higher Power.

I mean, think about it, what if, we actually had just one thing we had to do in the whole of our life.

The one thing that we were put on this earth for.

Well, with all the noise in the world, it's easy to get lost.  To forget this one Truth.  Instead we lose ourselves being too much, for too many, for too little and that little dream we have, all of a sudden, it's been put on the back burner.  

We are told to, Get real, grow up and all those other adult things we should do.

But we forget that to Get real and grow up is all about the one thing we are supposed to do.

Not make more money, a bigger house or designer clothes.

But to do, be or create, the one thing we were put on this earth for.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.
