30 Sec's on....



You know, I'm a big fan of listening to your body and it's wants, needs and desires.

Because I truly believe that your body syncs in with itself to communicate what it needs, when it needs it. 

And mostly that theory works for me.

But just recently I have been craving, and this is mouth watering craving, anchovies.

I know, right?  Those tiny little fish type suckers, complete with teensy bones.

Which are super salty. 

I'll have them for breakfast, lunch, dinner (although not all three) and I never seem to tire of them.

So let's have a look and see what they're made of:

1) Well, first off, they are super good for you.  Like amazeballs.

They are stuffed full of Vitamin A which, as you know, is super awesome for your eyes.

2) And Potassium.

Don't feel like a banana?  Have an anchovy or 10.

3) Rich in Selium.

Which is awesome for fighting Cancers.  

4) They are an Iron powerhouse.  Packed full of iron goodness.

5) Improves your heart health.  

This particular kind of fatty acid found in anchovies, helps unhealthy cholesterol from clinging to your artery walls.  And let's face it, who doesn't want that?

6) Excellent for your skin.

Anchovies have loads of Omega 3, Vitamin E and Selenium which as we all know, are what we need to look great.

7) Repairs tissues and cells.

Well, why not?  Protein, Omega 3, Vitamin E and Selenium...

8)  And they have Calcium.

Which is good for strong bones and teeth.

9) Excellent for weight loss.

Because they are stuffed full of protein, they keep you fuller for longer.

And the salt?  Fixes those cravings, baby.

Your body knows what it knows, let it do it's thing.

In it's awesomely mind blowing, intricate complexity.
