30 Sec's on....

Whoooo...the ugly's come out to play, baby.

I mean, I heard the Energy change but you know, change of seasons, Daylight Savings etc, I thought I would give the Energy the benefit of the doubt.

And then the phone started ringing...

I fired a guy from work because of his lack of work ethics, and he's turned it into a personal attack on Social Media.

or

I broke up with my boyfriend and some very uncomfortable photo's have now come up.

and

I've just found a video that was put online, and it's not flattering. I mean, I'm not naked, it's just really, really nasty...

But these aren't the only ones.

It's like I got up last week, and the hate came a knocking.

So let's have a little tutu about this:

First off, unless this is a sex video of you, you're going to be fine.

If, on the other hand it is of the Hot Hootchie Mama variety, then you're still going to be fine.  Stupid is not a crime, it should be, but it's not.  And as much as you will want to crawl under the covers and hide, this will be a two minute wonder.

Put on your big girl panties (better late than never) and front it out.

Secondly, you have no rights on Social Media.

Read that again, You have no rights on Social Media.

It is a platform where people can say or put, whatever they want, whenever they want, with no basis in reality, and there is not one thing you can do about it.

Thirdly, as my old Nana used to say, Don't cry over spilt milk.

Once something is done, it's done.  You can't take it back.  You can't do a do over.

And Nana was right.

Anyway, what I want to say to you today is that you can't worry what someone puts up of, or about you.

I mean, I've had some real shockers taken.  The tv's ones have been ok, but to be fair that was more luck on the day rather than good management, and the magazines ones were passably fine, but I've had some very unpleasant ones taken for newspapers.  In fact, one memorable one he actually had to go out of his way to make me look as he did.  I heard, Don't worry, it will be a two minute wonder... a lot on that one.

But back to you, sometimes it's going to be complimentary and a huge amount of fun, and sometimes it will be derogatory, humiliating and make you cringe with embarrassment.

But you're wasting your precious time worrying about it, or what other people think about it, because the people you don't want seeing it, I promise you, 100% of the time, have already seen it.

And you're still standing.

But talking as not just your Psychic today, but also your friend and a Mum, I want to leave you with this:

No woman puts all her love, time and energy into raising her son to be this kind of man.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.

T and Spirit
