30 Sec's on....

So there I was having a little shop around in my favourite local health shop, and I spied with my little eye...

Watermelon Juice.

I know, how super cool!

Now overall, I'm not into juices in bottles.  I think they're a waste of money as most of the vitamins and minerals are all dissolved by the time you actually drink it.  However, as soon as I saw this Watermelon Juice, I could feel my tastebuds starting to salivate.

I know, just go buy a watermelon, right?

Well, that wasn't an option and there was this little bottle of juice calling my name.  So I bought it.

And it was delicious.

Very sweet, dark and deep, but naturally sweet, because all this juice has in it is well, Watermelon Juice.

Nothing else.

It also doesn't have preservatives, colours or flavourings.

So it has a huge tick from me.  I love food like this.

But then I remembered that Watermelon Juice is one funky little dude and has some awesome Healing Energy for women.  So, let me tell you a little about him:

Freshly juiced watermelon is used for women with very bad menstrual cramps.  Drink it as soon as you have juiced it and it will stop the worst cramps within 15 minutes.  An interesting fact here is that eating the watermelon does not give the same result.  I don't know why.

But back to my Watermelon Juice, it also works with decreasing stress.  It is high in Vitamin B6 which releases fatigue, stress and anxiety.  It has bucketloads of lycopene which is an antioxidant that defuses free radicals which damage tissues and organs, is great for skin and hair and is an instant souce of Energy because it is full of electrolytes (sodium and potassium) minerals and carbohydrates.  Keeping the body hydrated and feeling amazeballs.

But on a the things you didn't realize you didn't know do you know you can actually roast Watermelon seeds?  Heat them in the oven for 15-20 minutes then add a little salt to taste and Voila! Munch away to your hearts desire.

Or you can just be too lazy like me, and eat them raw instead of spitting them out.

Just saying.

But anyway, that's my friend, Watermelon.

Or more to the point, Watermelon Juice.

Have an awesome Monday, baby.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.
