What a gorgeous start to the year this has been!

The weather has been stunning, but it is the Energy which has really blown me away.  The abundance of emotions which has started flowing in.  Actually, it started as a trickle and then has kind of avalanched.  And it’s really sweet. In fact, it looks like 2019 is going to be a great year for the heart.

And these are my favourite years.

Ones where the Yin/Yang balance is right. 

Where the heart can safely be open and know that it won’t be bruised.  Or hurt.  Or stomped on.

Where it will be nurtured and loved.  Supported and encouraged to be bigger and better, and more than it has been in the past.  That Spirit have the rah-rah pom pom girls out, making sure that you have no excuses.

That all the walls you have put up are shown to be paper thin.

That what is beyond the walls is where you should be.

And that’s what I want you to take into 2019:

Your heart.

Big.  

Bold.

Beautiful.
