30 Sec's on....

Well, this is annoying.

I am, as I am writing this, purple.

I know!  But it goes like this...

I am mostly blonde.  No, not as like a baby, but anyway, blonde never-the-less, with super cool dark streaks.

Excellent!  I hear you say, and it is.  Or was.

Until about 6 weeks ago, when all of a sudden, my hair decided it didn't want dark bits anymore and refused to be dyed.  Well, that's not actually true, it dyed and stayed dyed for exactly 14 hours.  Right up until the time I had a shower and washed my hair.

In which case, my hair stopped being both blonde and dark and went this weird a** sludgey mud colour.

Not cool.

Back to hairdressers.

We tried again.

12 hours.

Back to hairdressers.

Now we decided to just rescue the blonde.  Which sort of worked.

Hairdresser refused to dye dark anymore.

Which is ok.  I understand that.  She's an excellent hairdresser.  But then we realized that as much as my hair is growing half an inch a month, it's also coming through silver.  Which surprisingly enough is fine.  Because it's literally silver.  However, it's not all silver, some is brown.  Brown, silver, blonde, dark blonde, dark brown, white.

Back to the drawing board.

However, let us look on the positive side of things.  I've always liked a challenge and if my body is telling me that I am not going to be the colour I have been for years now, then I'm open to change.  So we, the hairdresser and I, decided on lilac (or pale purple for those that don't understand girl colours), while my hair is transitioning. Which covers me if I am going white blonde or just straight silver.  And it sort of worked.

Parts of me are pale purple.  However, I also have dark purple, pink purple, purple purple, blonde, white blonde, ash blonde, light dark brown, deep, darkest brown and white.

Whew...

Anyway, all jokes aside, I'm good to go.  I'm either going to go, Fifty shades of Silver or Miss Snow White, white, and those are both super cool colours.

In fact, silver-lilac-purple-white are the colours for 2018.

Rock it, baby.
