30 Sec's on....

I am very happy so far this winter.

Not because of the mud and rain, no no that doesn't work for me so well but because overall you guys are happier.

I am, if not winning the fight against Depression caused by synthetic Folic Acid I am at least, putting up a decent effort.

There is of course, the odd slip up with a client being depressed, surfing the net for a perfect job when they already have one, threatening to throw out boyfriend, partner, soon to be husband and bucketloads of tears.  But that's the minority, not majority these days.

It's been awesome.

I mean, when I originally started seeing an issue with Folic Acid it was about 10 months after it first came out about how all pregnant women should take it to stop their babies having abnormalities.  Technically, a brilliant idea.

Unfortunately, there can only be so many pregnant women causing chaos, mayhem and threatening suicide before you go, Wait, I think there's a problem with this Folic Acid thing...

And I started being the Miss Anti advocate. Which I have to say was freaking hard work because there was at the time, and still is, a lot of people that believe that what Doctors say is gospel.

Then they started putting Folic Acid in all the multi vitamins especially the ones you use in Winter to make yourself feel better and I saw SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder or Winter Depression) go through the roof.

Then I really had a problem.

But I'm so pleased I didn't give up.

Because the scientists now know there is a direct link between Folic Acid and Prostate Cancer in men.  They're still a bit slow on linking Depression and Folic but you know, I'll take what I can get.

But don't get me wrong, I'm not against all Folic Acid, no no, just the synthetic kind.  Because it can have terrible side effects.  I personally think it is because the natural Folic Acid that we get from green leafy vegetables and sunlight comes into our body, we take what we need and then pee the rest out.  I think for some reason we aren't able to do this with the synthetic kind. Instead it builds up in our body and that's what causes the nastiness.

Enough about that though, this is what I love about working with Spirit.

It's all about letting things fall apart to fall together.

Throwing out what you're told you should do, be or act and just listening to your gut.

And then trusting your process.

Yip.  Trust your process.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.

T and Spirit
