30 Sec's on....

Ok, before we start today, I want you to go get a cup of coffee.  Or tea - English Breakfast, Earl Grey, peppermint, raspberry or whatever tea rocks your boat then come back, because I want to play a game with you.

Right.  You all sorted?

Great.

Today I want to talk to you about Today is My Day game.  And it goes like this:

Tell me right now 5 things that you are grateful for.

Ok, wait.  From what you have been telling me that might be a bit too hard this early on a Monday morning.  Let's start with 3.

No?

Ok, let's scrap that and start from another direction.

I want you to breathe with me.

One...two...one...two...one...two...one...two...

Right.  Now you and I are in a good place.  In fact, instead of you talking, I want to start talking for you.

1) I think you're amazing.  I know that you don't feel it right now, that maybe you're feeling a bit flat, unloved, fat even.  But those things are not true.  You're amazing.  That's one person in the world who thinks you're pretty cool.  Any other peeps you might want to add here are an extra bonus.

2) I love your Energy.  That really fabulous zing that makes you, you.  Don't lose that.  Or hide it away.  It's pretty freaking awesome.

3) There is no one in the world who does you better.  Oh c'mon, that's kind of cool.  With all your quirks and craziness and that big dollop of weirdness.  The you that I see in front of me, rocks.

Now, that wasn't so hard now, was it?

But I wanted to talk to you today because it's hard out there at the moment. Financially, emotionally, Spiritually and intimately.  Really hard.  And it's easier to lose your way than it is to walk the yellow brick road with the sun on your face and a clear path in front of you.

So, I need your help here.  You need to proactively focus on the magic.  The things that money can't buy.

And every morning that you wake up, before you get out of bed, you need to play this game with me.  Seriously, pretend I'm sitting on the end of your bed or tucked up under a duvet or snuggled in.

Actually, I really don't care where you put me.

Just as long as you play.

Wishing you much love and abundance and a truly courageous heart.

T and Spirit
