Lemon and Basil Hummus


  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 3 whole garlic cloves
  • juice of 2 and a half lemons
  • 3 dessertspoons of olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons tahini
  • handful of fresh basil
  • ground black pepper
  • generous amount of sea salt

Drain chickpeas. Combine everything except basil in a food processor. When smooth add Basil.

Eat with freshly made pizza bread (on my recipe page).
Or refrigerate until ready to eat (with freshly made pizza bread).
