Chilli Chocolate Mousse
- 200 grams of cooking chocolate (broken up)
- half a cup of cream
- 4 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
Bring cream to almost boiling point in a saucepan. Take off heat. Add chocolate. Leave chocolate to sit in cream for 3 minutes then stir briskly. Add chilli to your liking. In a separate bowl beat egg whites until stiff (add a pinch of salt to quicken this process), add sugar. Gently fold chocolate mixture into egg white mixture. Put into glasses, put in fridge to set.
