Puha (Sonchus oleraceus)

Is my bitter plant! And again part of my grief mix. Whenever you eat or drink something bitter it makes your body start releasing emotions. This will get your stomach, liver, pancreas and kidneys working. However, you must always rub the leaves together though under cold running water for a couple of minutes to get rid of as much of the bitterness as you can. Don't worry it is still very bitter no matter how much rubbing you do. I have heard of huge success stories of people drinking Puha tea on a regular basis and it clearing out the body's toxins.

Note: Puha also has yellow flowers.
