Kohe Kohe (Dysoxylum spectabile)
Kohe Kohe is one of my Spirit plants and I say this because I ended up using Kohe Kohe when I had a most horrible case of homesickness when the young one popped off to University.
I had been doing really well and one day I went into his room and couldn't smell his smell and had a mini-meltdown. I spoke to Spirit and said I need some help here and they literally took me by the hand and told me what plants to use and why.
Kohe Kohe is known to help ease pain with periods and it may do but I use it when grief is sitting in your soul. We all hold emotions in our tummy and Kohe Kohe goes into your tummy and shifts the grief that is sitting there.
