Today I am going to talk with you about something completely different just because it’s my blog and I can lol….I have a lot of people ask me what it’s like being psychic so I thought I would talk a little about it tonight.  Overall it’s not any different to anyone else because it has always been a part of me….and if I’m honest I really think that everyone is like me they just don’t know it.  The easiest way to describe what it’s like is imagine tuning into a radio station - before you tune in it’s all crackly but with a little tweaking the sound is crystal clear - that’s how I tune into people and get my messages.  The one question that I always get asked though is what about love?  lol it’s like being forever 16 - for obvious reasons that’s really great because every time you fall in love it’s as deep as it was the very first time!  But I want to share a story with you guys tonight….Earlier in the year before the young one started this rowing season I started getting nightmares….now, I sleep perfectly most nights so as you can understand it was a concern but I double checked the people around us and made sure no dodgy people had got in, double checked my work, clients etc but everything came back fine.  The young one had a regular set of mates who I knew as well as the family so no issue but this particular time he went over to his mates for the weekend and the nightmares were so horrific I started freaking out.  I started being a pain to everyone and talking about these nightmares I was getting all the time.  No joy, they kept on coming.  I got asked to go away for the weekend when the young one was going away to a mates again and I said yes.  Went away and didn’t sleep at all (no, not for the good reason)  and came back in a filthy mood….I was vile and determined to get to the bottom of this.  Well, well, well it worked out that just before the young one went away to his mates (3 weeks previously when the nightmares had started) the boys had decided to have some fun - the young one and his mates had been finding out whether aerosol cans do burn if you spray and light at the same time while drinking scotch and playing poker - I kid you not!!  I could have murdered him!! but the best part was that there was 5 of them so they were doing the circle and trying out different experiences at different homes with different lots of alcohol - the last night was when the little darlings had decided to make 13 litres of vodka mudshakes!!….the day I found out the nightmares stopped.   Moral of the story:  Always, always listen to your intuition  :)

Food today: brekkie - peaches, snack - almond choc, lunch - chicken, snack - almond choc, dinner will be pesto and bacon pasta with home-made garlic bread and red wine  :)
