Today was a relax and recharge day today….no gym, no swimming but I did see Jim the Chiropractor.  We (Jim and I) are extremely happy with the results we are getting and I cannot thank my Angels enough that allowed me to call the other 10 before I spoke with him.  Apparently no one wanted to answer their phone that day lol.  Food today:  Brekkie - pineapple and banana, snack - 2 oat and raisin bikkies, lunch - mountain bread stuffed with tuna, lettuce, hummus and tomato and 2 mini afghan bikkies, snack - dried figs and yoghurt raisins, dinner - lamb rack with roasted orange kumera, carrots and bok choy, snack - half of a small chocolate bar.  I have been almost constantly hungry today so understand that for some reason my body needs more food today.  It’s all good.  I am under impressed with the food mingling book I have read.  It works with the theory that if everyone only eats certain foods with certain foods then everybody will lose weight.  What a load of crock!  Everybody is different so therefore all foods cannot possibly  work with the same amount of success for everyone.   You know I would hate to think that we are the most intelligent life form in the Universe.  Happy thought of the day I am genetically programmed for success  :)
