If I almost got to the gym does that count? lol Three separate times I got as far as the front door but gyming it was not in Gods plan for me today! That’s ok, I am flexible and open. Just as well eh? :) That goes the same for finding books on food management ie: what food goes with what. Again, flexible and open. Food today was lots better…..well read into that that I ate more regularly and tried to stick with a plan ie: eat every three hours. So, food for the day….brekkie - banana in mountain bread, snack 3 oat and raisin cookies (they are very small and might even come under the umbrella of tiny!) lunch - mountain bread with salmon and hummus and 1 oat and raisin cookie, snack - yoghurt raisins and dried figs and dinner will be lamb and rosemary potatoes (somedays it is just a potato day and I am not going to be precious about it) and a glass of wine, late snack - yoghurt raisins and dried figs. I am aiming for an early start to swim tomorrow fingers crossed and bathing suit ready lol…….Happy thought of the day My life suceeds because I am flexible and open ![]()
