What is the one consistent thing that I keep talking about? Well, actually there are two….the first one is set yourself up for success and the second is know what you are putting into your body. Pretty simple right? It would be if I took my own advice lol Yesterday I did not set myself up to succeed - in actual fact I set myself up to fail in a rather large way so when I did eat chips (lots of them), risotto (it was actually parmesan risotto not pesto and it was amazingly good) and two large chunks of carrot cake with numerous glasses of wine I have no one to blame apart from myself! Secondly, when you have organic food you need to remember that you are getting the pure form. It is not diluted so therefore you have to be extra careful of the ingredients. For me seeds are a no no and I get an extreme reaction. Did I check the carrot cake? No. Did I see seeds in there? Yes. Did I pick them out? No. Did I munch my way through them and then go back for seconds? Yes. Today has been mostly spent getting rid of the bloody seeds from my system. May I just say how lucky I am with my friends and lover that they understand that this state is only temporary lol. Food today: brekkie - banana in mountain bread, lunch - chicken fillets, snack - corn chips and hummus and dinner will be a chicken burger with some chicken tenderloins from BK with a few (calming) glasses of wine….. Happy thought of the day I learnt something new today which will encourage success tomorrow ![]()
