My planets must be retrograde at the moment because today everything took 3 times longer than it should have and I kept losing things……you know I have the one job in the universe that says in the job description that I should always know where something is….lol….go figure!! Anyway, food today - brekkie - yoghurt raisins and dried figs, brunch - small piece of organic carrot cake ummmmmmmmm ok, now I’m writing this not so good. Right. I have people turing up in about 15 mins though so let us quickly add wine, chips and a beautiful pesto risotto with organic rosemary feta….Let us look on the bright side - overall the food won’t be too bad and at least I’m trying! Happy thought of the day People, not time, is important
