Well, finally I got to the freaking gym! Jez what an effort it has been to get there and just for the record can I say that 2 weeks is far toooooooooo long without gym. Onto another subject though……as you know we love our organic food but I have found it quite difficult to get good tasting (light) bread and biscuits/cakes. Bread was easily fixed as we either eat Mountain Bread or Simply Organic (you can buy it at the supermarket) but the biscuits have always been a bit of an issue. Before you ask, yes I am a good cook but I have to be in the mood and since that changes on an hourly (if not minute) basis cooking is best left to others more talented. If you are like us though and want to know exactly what is in your food (baking) and absolutely say no to food with numbers then check out this website www.eatright.co.nz They are one cool company who refuse to use anything but natural, organic ingredients and absolutely no numbers. Check out their website but from my family they have got the tick as their stuff is cool AND they say what is suitable for which Blood type - God, how utterly fabulous! Food today: brekkie - dried figs and yoghurt raisins, brunch - rest of last nights shepherds pie, late lunch - salmon wrap and 2 oat and raisin biscuits, late snack - 1 afgan biscuit, dinner (will be) pizza with 2 glasses of wine, a few chicken nibbles and one teensy chocolate mousse. Before you go what are you doing eating pizza?? let me just say due to an online ordering malfuction (totally my fault) food I ordered isn’t planning on turning up until 8pm! Happy thought of the day: Wehee I got to the gym lol ![]()
