Horse Sense....

Az and I got it.

I knew we would.

After last week, Az and I were chatting away and he was:

So no shed?

Correct.  But actually the issue is NO eating of food in shed.

So I can be by the house?

Correct.

Anywhere around the house?

Correctamando.

But I know your food is boring, and I apolgogise for that, but that's the best I can do with no sugar.  However, if you don't go in the shed and help yourself to other less-boring food, I will give you a little of the good stuff when you are in the paddock.  But you have to go in the paddock when asked.  By yourself.

Az looked a bit miffed at that because he is extremely well behaved, and very rarely needs a lead.

Ok.

And that my fine friend, was that.

No problem since.

In fact, I even put a video up on Social Media.  You can still see that he is a bit sore, however, it is quite obvious that he is improving and you watch him walk by the barn, across to the paddock and put himself in.

I'm not using whips, plastic bags, scary things on ends of sticks or any other gimmick.  He just walks into the paddock and pops himself in.

And you can hear me walking next to him.

There are days when I just love, more than anything in the Universe, what we have here.

And I bloody love Mumma.

She's so freaking cool.

I had to pop out because I had forgotten something, and got back just on dusk.

And Mumma's waiting for me at the fence nickering.

It's going to be cold tonight, we need more food.

Mumma bear you have already had breakfast AND dinner.

Silence, while she processes that, or wonders how I could possibly be that stupid.

Yes...and it's going to be cold tonight.  We need another snack.

No one spoke apart from Mumma, she's the Boss chick when it comes to things like this, but I swear, hand on hoof, the other 3 horses just stood there, no pushing or shoving, quiet and still as the night, listening to her talk.

It was the eeriest thing.

I just went and got everyone more food.

If Mumma says it's going to be cold tonight, hunny, it's going to be cold.

And I'm sorry it's another mini blog this week.

My days are long and time is short.

Love ya xx

Wait...Liam's paper on Mental Health and AI's, CAs designed to promote healthy behaviors integrate evidence-based theories and practices such as Motivational Inter-viewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), just got published.

I'm sorry I can't give you the link because it's super interesting, re AI's vs real Therapists in Mental Health in University students.

What worked vs what didn't.

And you'd be surprised at the results, I know I was.

Anyway, I can't share because the link is not free, it is restricted access (open access means you would have to pay upwards of $1600USD).

Damn, I am so proud of him.

Love.  Love.  Love.
