Horse Sense....

All ready to go to Cambridge races and it started pelting down.

Like a bloody monsoon here.

So we cancelled.

I hope the horses racing are all ok tonight.

Update on products we were trying:

One product I'm very happy with, and the horses like.

Second product, and one I had extremely high hopes for, is all looks no substance, which I am really disappointed about.

It makes the colour of their coats awesome, which I love, but I didn't love that it made them quiet.

And not good quiet.

Like melancholy quiet.  Almost depressed, but not.  Just you know, Meh!

I didn't like that.

It may have some good qualities, and I may find a use for it later, but it won't be in our top favourites.

However, one product is blowing me out of the water with it's awesomeness, and I have just sourced some for my horses (no mean feat!).

I expect excellent results from this when it turns up.

Fingers and hooves crossed.

Waiting...waiting...waiting.... for our new product to turn up.

It is fucking amazing for human peeps and since our systems are extremely similiar, and I have read amazing things about it from horse peeps overseas, I can't wait to try it here at home.

You know, I have absolutely no patience when it comes to trying new things, I'm always, Now...now...now...

****

Ok, y'all are freaking me out a little bit now, so y'all need to calm the fuck down.

I am fine.

I will let you know if I stop being fine.

Yes, it could happen to you.

It most probably won't.

If it does:

Stand up, Spit whatever is in your mouth out and remember, Your throat cannot both swell and swallow at the same time.

It is a physical impossiblity...and your body's first subconscious reflex, is to swallow.

Take little sips of water/tea/whatever constantly until help comes.

I am deeply grateful though that I have, and consistently do, work on foods that feed my Soul and nurture my body, to encourage maximum physical well-being, and clearness of frequency.

As I have said twenty million times before, I don't care how things work when the sun is shining and all is good with the world, I care about when that coin I'm flippin' drops, and all Hell breaks loose.

Have you looked at your local school lately?

There are security fences up everywhere now and one gate in, one gate out and they are all time locked from first thing in the morning until almost home time.

Just saying.

And what about Three Waters?

Did you know that the Maoris are planning on putting a meter on your water tanks (if you're in the country) and charging you for rain water?

I didn't think so.

And Boo-ba-licious is now back in training.

He was supposed to go a week or so ago, but the weather has been so bad he just hung out at home.

Waaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy quieter here now.

I would like to think he is on his best behaviour, but I have a sneaky suspicion that he is causing chaos and mayhem and rarking up the other horses there now.

All jokes aside, I still see him every day and I am very proud of what we've all accomplished - Mumma cooked a beautiful baby, I've fed both his Soul and his physical body well, and the Trainers are awesome guys who treat the horses with respect, but have strong boundaries.

They don't put up with any shite.

Watch this space.

And look what I found in the damn garage!

Then came inside and found...

Norman, number bloody 20653.

A super gorgeous day here...

In the NZ Herald today, a woman took a reaction like I did - she was eating shellfish.

Apparently there is something called Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning (PSP), one of the main types of shellfish poisoning, and happens when shellfish consume toxic microscopic marine algae.

That makes me feel so much better, and is something that we thought was extremely likely.

Well, to be fair, we actually thought it was a chemical which had been put into, or the anchovies or prawns had been washed with.

So similiar, but different.

****

And my most favourite and super delicious Lemoney Lemon Cake...

****

All my personal bloods just came back and everything is in perfect balance.

Told you.  The cleaner you eat ie: eat right for your personal body, the better your body is able to self-regulate and keep itself in balance.

My bloods prove this.

And consistently prove it.

And the consensus is:

A chemical that the prawns and/or anchovies were washed in or had added, although personally, I'm still leaning towards the anchovies.

It's a moot point though, as both are now off the menu for the foreseeable future.

I'm pleased it wasn't a random, Could happen to anyone, anytime kind of deal, and am super happy that it is unlikely it will ever happen again.

But I'm sure as shite not happy that I got that reaction, due to chemicals in food which I never thought would even have chemicals, and most certainly were not stated on any label.

So you know, I'm both happy and pissed.

Just got our results back from our Toxicologist for our horses, and they are all bloody brilliant!

Now in the process of forwarding to HRNZ for them to be on the approved list.

I tell you what though, it's super cool that new tests were developed to do our testing, I love that.

Unfortunately, you and I (actually, I'm just talking about me, and assume you are the same) are now at the stage where everything has gone very Science-y, so I can't tell you what these tests actually did, or do.

Just that these fabulous peeps created new ones, and got fantastic results.  Something about it being this type of metabolites, instead of that type of metabolites.

But everyone who knows stuff like this is extremely happy.

I'm happy that they're happy.

My horses are just bloody stoked that peeps are working for them, to help them have better lives.

They love peeps.

And I decided to give making Granola a go.

I don't really eat Granola, as I can't find stuff that my body really works at optimum strength with.

There is always lots of Coconut Oil and Soy.  Neither of which I play well with, so I normally leave it alone.

But this recipe seemed super easy, so gave it a go.

Can't say that itt is good, as it ended up  having a load of sugar in it, but it is sooooooooooooo delicious.

Works out the consistency is like an Anzac Biscuit.

How?

Fuck only knows.

And finished product...

Actually, this is a better picture.

And it's not really like Anzac biscuits, it's crunchy and hard and delicious.

Not hard on the outside, and chewy on the inside like Anzac's.

Similar, but different.

So that's been our week:

Way quieter than last week, thank fuck, and overall, lots more sunshine.

A time of re-connecting and re-choosing us, our life, and how we live, love and play.

Which is a very cool kind of magick.

Kissy hugs
