Horse Sense....

Ok, so we got a final result from the Cannabanoid oil - I ended up putting on weight.

The calories got less by 600 per day, from 2400 (high day) to 1800 (low day).

Not an unexpected result, as we had talked about previously.

There is a direct link to this one "Feel good" hormone and weight gain though.  This is the reason that people put on weight on anti-depressants.  It's not that people eat more, this particular hormone goes into over-drive.  We've seen this happen on other kinds of herbs, too.

Another Healer friend and I boiled up Puhutakawa bark a few years back, that gave a feeling of speeding, we were zooming round the place, eating 500 calories a day and were still putting on weight.

We weren't bloody happy about that!

Anyway, all jokes aside, I've learnt a lot from this Cannabanoid oil and it still gets a big tick from me.

1) It is really good for anxiety.

2) Brilliant for blood sugar levels.

3) Excellent for arthritis.

4) It does go into your body and fix what is not working.

That is no small feat.

I will always have some on hand, as I can do about 5 days before the weight goes on.  Next time I would use it full on for 3 or 4 days, then nothing for a couple of weeks.

What I noticed the most, which made me stop, was that when I was about to make some of my Kawa Kawa balm, I wanted to be on track so didn't take any at all beforehand.

That made me stop and think.

I did love that I was more laid back, but you know what, I do my best work not.

I like being 100% on tune with Energy.  This means that I go both up and down, and often sideways.

That's how I work, live and love and I don't wish to change that.  I don't wish to be more balanced, because it takes the edge off my work.

That edge is what makes me successful.

But there's been another off shoot of this trial.

I've had a crash course lesson in doseages.

Cleaner, clearer, smarter, more put together.

So I've been able to work more with feeding by touch.

Consciously.

Actually, bring that out into the sunshine and say, I don't use cups, half cups, spoons etc, I feed by feel.

And I've also been able to play round with doseages.  Like, Ok, if this much does this, but I know it works like that, could it work like this too?  And if it works like that, could I put it with this?

These are some very cool things that I have been learning.

And my Vitamin C and Rosehip turned up!

I love, love, love having my own.

I love that I know my product, the quality, where it came from, and how it works.

I also didn't mean to end up selling to other peeps but in the end, I couldn't not.  These products are fantastic and just when I threw my toys out and said to Spirit, I'm not dealing with peeps, I'm only bringing herbs in for myself and that's it, I hear another story that changes my mind.

This one was a horse who had an abscess, and their Vet came out every day, for five weeks, to fix it.

Five.  Weeks.

Every. Damn. Day.

They asked me what I thought, I said, Fire your Vet.

Which didn't go down too well.  But honestly, if your horse can't fix it's own abscess in 5 weeks, there's something badly wrong.

Fire your damn Vet.

But I'm not banging on the owners, they're really nice people.  But horses have the most phenomenal ability to heal.  And it's an abscess.

And I get so mad re Vitamin C.  The pure stuff is like gold to find and works amazingly for both humans and horses.

And I'm not going to let unregulated and unethical horse peeps, sell inferior stuff anymore without fighting back.

And these peeps lie to you about what it does.

If it's not pure, it's not going to work, hunny.

And you don't need Vitamin C every day.  So if it's in your horse feed you're on the wrong path anyway, because no human or horse needs it every day.

What you should know but obviously don't, is that if you are using it every day then the body, both horse and human, stops making it.

This is something you should be told, but aren't.

You're also told that all Vitamin C's are the same.

Honestly, try not to be tapped with the stupid stick.

Try different brands in a small glass, with a little bit of water, and 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C in each glass.  It will look different, but more important, taste different.

Tap tap....tap tap...tap tap...

However, I'm still not in the business of selling herbs and Vitamins and minerals.  What I will do though is let you know when I have some, which you may also partake of, or not.

I will also give you a quick lesson on how to use it, when to use it, what best to use it with, and any other information which might or might not be of interest to you.

I told you I wasn't lying down and taking shite products anymore.

And we've had another result with this oil.

Everything didn't go back to how it had been when I stopped.  I was worried that the put on weight hormone would just go rogue on me, and keep on putting on weight for the next week or so, but no.

Within 48 hours it corrected itself.

And all the benefits I had been getting, stayed.

I love intelligent herbs and this one is a real winner.  That it is complex and intricate just blows me away.  I haven't had to work so hard to get results for a while, but it wasn't really like that.  It is because it is intelligent and therefore a living herb, and that threw me off my game to start with.

But Kawa Kawa is also intelligent like this.

Herbs that hear the vibrations of the body, then correct them.
