14 Sep 26 Today I want to do a Man Appreciation Blog. Over the past six weeks I have been horrified with what has been happening overseas, and particularly, in America. But wait...I hear you say, Who cares what happens in America? Well, the short answer is, what happens there, sooner or later, finds it way here. But I don't want to be judgey, let you and I have a little tutu first, and then you make your decision. It started with Lindsay Clancy's trial where she killed her three children - Cora Marie Clancy (aged 5), Dawson William Clancy (aged 3), and Callan Patrick Clancy (8 months). That women stood outside the courthouse and supported her, wearing pink, making love signs and giving donations of over 1 million US dollars, made me ashamed. To see women write that: She couldn't have done it, she was a Leo and Leo's always protect their children or Patrick (husband) did it! We all know Gemini's are two faced! makes my stomach turn. That women then started putting videos on Instagram and Tik Tok, of them with babies having Intrusive Thoughts like: I wonder what would happen if I happened to trip and the woodchipper was on...and my baby just happened to fall in. I can't. To then see women putting up Party Invites for babies they terminated, Baby Cancelled! Due date was April 14th, 2027. I. Just. Can't. But to actually see the video's of women having Baby Showers, and then taking the Termination pills because it's the wrong sex... I vomited. So for once, I'm not banging on men telling them to step up, today, I'm thanking you for doing exactly that. Standing up, and being the one juror who refused to side with the other 10 Jurors, to let Lindsay off. To break off engagements, weddings and relationships, with women who sided with that Monster, who killed her 3 children. To stand up in public and say, We as men, deserve better than that from our wives and partners, and Mothers of our children. And the biggest thank you to the man who said; To all you women who are supporting Lindsay, you best stop and have a think about this. If she gets off because of Postpartum/Mental Health issues this will impact you in ways that you can't even imagine right now. Want a gun? No. High powered positions? No. Army? Police? Custody issues? No, no and no. Because you have just celebrated a woman killing her children and saying, "That's ok, she didn't mean it. It was Hormones." Hormones. I'm ashamed to be a woman, not just because one woman used hormones for an absolutely horrific crime, but for the tidal wave which has just started and will have far reaching repercussions for women of all races and ages, socio-groups, education, and life choices for many years to come. And the worst part? Men haven't done this to us, we've put up our hand, made love-signs, protested, and claimed our rights. We've done it to ourselves.
